Alohi | Session Guide

This section is for only training and interview sessions, shifts will be refered to in a different section.

Scheduling a session
When you plan to host an interview or training session, you must announce it on the communications server and group shout at least 1 hour before the session to ensure people may have enough notice in order to attend. 30 minutes before the session is due, you will unlock the training session server and allow trainees, customers and MR’s to join in order to attend and/or assist.

Roles
In a session you require a host (you), a co-host, supervisor (optional) and trainers/interviewers. You require enough to take at least 2-3 attendees.

Host: This person is tasked with overseeing the session and clearly explaining the rules and enforcing them.
Co-Host: This person is tasked with ranking, helping and kicking those whom fail to meet our guidelines.
Supervisor: A higher rank then the host. They just oversee and ensure the hosts are doing the session in a proper manner.
Interviewer: A MR/HR who interviews clients who wish to become apart of the staffing team.
Trainer: A MR/HR who educates and explains the trainees positions and teaches then certain procedures.

Session Script

These may be customized if approved by a Dental Board+. These must remain professional and within the guidelines although may but not limited to including symbols such as stars, clouds or more.

Training Script

Host: Hello everyone! Welcome to the XX:XX Alohi Dentistry Training Session! I am your host USERNAME.

Co-Host: Hello everyone! I am your co-host USERNAME. I shall be explaining some of our rules for today’s session. Please pay close attention as these rules are vital in order to be successful at the session today.

Co-Host: Rule I - Professionalism: During this session and while at our dentistry or/and while representing the dentistry you must remain professional towards the clients, colleagues and high ranks.

Co-Host: Rule II - Grammar: While representing Alohi Dentistry and during this session we expect full grammar, punctuation and spelling to be used to the best of your ability. You will have 3 (III) grammar strikes and will be dismissed if you reach 3 (III).

Co-Host: Rule III: Ma turity: You must remain ma ture and act like you would if you were employed in a real dentistry to ensure our standards are met to an acceptable standard.

Co-Host: Rule IV: Respectfulness: You must respect the clients, your fellow trainers who have took time out of their day to come and train you and also your fellow trainees during this session and at the dentistry.

Co-Host: Rule V: Common Sense: Please use your common sense!

Host: That is all the rules for this session! Please continue to pay close attention as I explain the responsibilities of each position.

Host: Industry Client - These are the group members of the dentistry who come to the dentist for an appointment.

Host: Noted Client - This is a respected member of the dentistry who has achieved this role for their contributions to the group/company.

Host: Corporation Collaborator - This is one of our affiliated representatives who represent their company and communicate with our relations department.

Host: Dentistry Intern - Achieved by passing an interview session and are awaiting their first training session that Alohi has to offer!

Host: Dental Receptionist - One of our first LR ranks who are tasked with answering questions, booking appointments and filling out appointment cards.

Host: Dental Hygienist - This is a person who has attended another training session in order to be able to do things such as checkups, cleaning and more.

Host: Orthodontist - More experienced members of Alohi Dentistry who can perform further and more advanced procedures such as braces.

Host: Dental Surgeon - Our highest low rank who may do the most advanced surgeries this dentistry has to offer.

Host: Further ranks are MR/HR which we will not get onto today.

Co-Host: We will now be teleporting you to your designated areas to be trained! Please stay seated at this current time and good luck!

Host: Trainers please go to your areas and we shall teleport your trainees, best of luck!

Interview Script
