We are a realistic and unique dentistry on the ROBLOX platform. Alohi Dentistry offers a platform ideal for relevant events, creative exchanges, and more making an alliance with us a good addition as it comes with many opportunities and perks. The Dentistry itself is highly realistic and modern with no free models/stolen assets. The event center/hub has a lot to offer such as interviews and training sessions. It was established in 2019 and is owned by Foreverr_First.
This topic has been established in order to assist staff on appointments and how to conduct themselves, as a client or community collaborator this handbook will not apply to you at all and you may ignore it.
Dentistry Intern
Sadly, this role is a trainee role therefore interns may not conduct any jobs at the dentistry and have the same responsibilities and expectations as a client but are expected to follow the rules, not troll and use grammar where possible.
Dental Receptionist
As a Dental Receptionist, you are tasked with greeting and checking in clients for dental appointments. Please provide a welcoming but professional greeting to your clients who approach the desk you are working at. An acceptable one would be “Hello there! Welcome to Alohi Dentistry. How may I assist you on this fine day?”. Feel free to get creative!
Please check in a client for a valid appointment reason such as a check-up, the only valid appointment reasons are the procedures we offer.
Once pressed, submit the ROBLOX username of the client and appointment reason. You should then proceed to ask them to take a seat and inform them someone shall be with them soon.
Finding Clients
In order to obtain a client to conduct an appointment, press the “Open.” button on the middle left of your screen and press inside the box. This will assign you a clients card where you’ll see their avatar, username and appointment reasoning. If the appointment is invalid, find them and inform them to check in again.
Dental Hygienist
As a Dental Hygienist, you have shown yourself worthy to begin treating clients and seeing to appointments here at Alohi Dentistry. You may conduct check-up’s, cleanings, and whitening’s.
Checkups
To begin this appointment, introduce yourself. An example would be; "Hello there! I am [USERNAME], a [RANK] here at Alohi Dentistry. I will be taking your appointment today. Please take a seat on the bed and lay back.
To begin, may I ask you a couple of questions in order for me to get a better idea of your dental history and issues?
Thank you! How many times do you brush your teeth per day and how long for?
I see! Do you have any previous issues with your teeth?
Have you been to the dentistry before, if so when was your last check-up?
Okay! Please open your mouth and I will take a look.
-I’d open the packaging of the dental tools-
-I’d grab the mirror and dental scraper-
-I’d look inside the mouth and look for tooth cavities and other issues-
(What do I see inside your mouth?)
-I’d count the teeth-
-I’d put the dental tools in the waste and sit up the chair-
Lovely! Your teeth look [Good/Bad/Normal].
Optional: I’d suggest a [appointment name] appointment due to [reasons].

Cleaning

To begin, use a electric scaler to remove the toughest calculus and plaque then suction.
Now, use a rotating brush and toothpaste to clean the clients teeth. This should allow their teeth to look clean and feel much cleaner.
Floss your clients teeth to finish.
Explain they should visit regularly to keep on top of the plaque and calculus.
