All information here is confidential and must not be shared, this handbook is for Middle Ranks+ only.

Welcome to the official MR+ handbook, this handbook will include information about your daily operations at Alpyne, if disobey any of these rules could result in consequences.

  • You must be respectful to everyone, if you’re caught disrespecting people, it will not be taken lightly.

  • You must not use any offensive slurs on duty and off duty, it will result in a removal from our team, if you decide to do so.

  • You must keep all confidential information private, you shouldn’t be going around sending private documents or screenshots of restricted chats, this is considered leaking if you do so, and you will be terminated.

  • You must meet your activity requirements, if you fail to do so, it will result in warnings and eventually a demotion.

  • If you have any questions, make sure to let a High Rank know.

:fire: | TERMINATIONS AND SUSPENSIONS

  • If you’re caught using any offensive language, you risk a termination.

  • If you’re caught being disrespectful or trash talking others, you risk a suspension or a termination depending on the severity.

  • If you’re caught mocking anyone when asked to stop, you will be terminated.

  • If you’re caught being racist, homophobic, etc. You will be terminated.

  • If you’re caught leaking, you will be terminated and blacklisted.

Keep in mind that common sense is important, if something isn’t listed here and it’s serious, you will still be sanctioned. There is no excuse for breaking our rules.

:+1: | PROMOTIONS SYSTEM

We promote dedicated and active people, if you show a lot of dedication, activity, and you’re ready to rank up, you will be promoted.

Keep in mind that if you decide to hunt for a promotion, it will decrease your chances and it could result in consequences.

We do have a promotion cooldown, however that isn’t disclosed and it’s kept to High Ranks only.

MR - You must show professionalism, dedication, and activity

HR - You must show activity in your department, professionalism in your department and maturity.
