Alt moves and a ton of variations

Okay so to give a quick example, Lets pick one move called Red.
Lets say there are variations of this move and the keybind to use it is F
F(Hold) - Explosive Red
F+F - Ranged shot Red
F (In Combo with a different move leading to something new)

The question is, how would you present this to a player so they wont get overwhelmed?
Like a visual Keybind Tutorial, Description, Anything really, just curious how much complexity i can turn into simplicity

A simple GUI that can be hidden if the player no longer needs the reminder is probably best.
Games like Car Crusher 2 use a simple side screen GUI for the basic moves, but once a player knows them they can just click the GUI arrow to hide it
