I wanted to make the gun from the new FPS template on Roblox Studio including maybe the other one into a model. But I have a huge issue, I don’t know if this will get me in huge trouble or not. And I don’t have plans on distributing the model into a public model since you could probably do it yourself if you wanted to do that. Im worried that DMCA would soon be involved if I were to make it into a private model for my game. Will this get me in trouble at all or not? By the way if this is in the wrong category please post on here immediately saying the correct category this should be in.

As long as it isn’t distributed into the Roblox Studio free model section, right?

Ok, I will just implement the models of the guns into my game. Thank you for helping me though on this! 
But I will not distribute it still though into the free model section just in case.

it should be in ReplicatedStorage or similar, just move it from the template to your game
I include Blaster and Utility right? Then what do I do next?

The gun works now, but the enemies in the game aren’t being damaged for some reason. Edit: I didn’t include a damage script but idk how to make a script for the enemies to be damaged.
do the enemies have humanoids in them?
They do have humanoid in them.
