Am I permanently stuck with the new/next gen studio UI?

The Next Gen UI has officially taken over my client, and it’s disturbingly ugly. I really want to switch back to the old UI as it is just way better.

I badly need to know if there is a way to switch.
It doesn’t matter whether the answer is yes or no, I just need to know.

I was able to get rid of the new UI back in May for a short period of time, but now it’s back and somehow, it’s even uglier.

you have to go to File > Beta Features and scroll down until you find “Next Gen Studio Preview”, and from there you just disable it.

oh, i did that like 4 months ago. but then it turned the next gen on automatically so i feared the option might’ve disappeared.
