They did link to a set of community-made custom tabs that replicate the old layout in the OP that you can use if you really prefer those ones.
The new layout is much easier to work with for developers to make their own layouts using that better suit their workflows instead of expecting Roblox to hold your hand and make some nightmarish “one layout fits all” bloat as the default.
