Analytics -> Noticifications tab: Opt-In users showing up as 0


For all of our current active games, that have notification funnels for the players setup, analytics page is showing up opt-in 0, when we know from just anecdotal evidence that players (& us) have opted in.

Yep, completely broken for me too when I select past 7 days. Assuming it broke some time within the past week. Major issue for our game, we rely on these analytics.

This is also affecting us. We have a new push notifications system going out and are unable to reason anything about it’s effectiveness and/or functionality because the data is not being correctly reported.

Hey, we’re looking into this at priority now, apologies for the inconvenience here. We’re aware that some of you are reporting that experience notifications seem broken in general, that it’s not just the analytics. We’re looking into both issues.

We’ve tested and validated the notification stream. The notification stream should now be working. Data missing in Creator Analytics from 7/15 should also now be backfilled. Our team is working on bolstering the systems to prevent this from occurring again in the future.

Can we have some insight into how long notifications were not being sent for? Would be helpful to gauge the impact.

Wanted to clarify that notifications were being sent successfully. The issue was limited to missing notification data in Creator Analytics.
