Animating a model that's inside the character

I have a hoverboard that’s parent is the character, the hoverboards primary part is what everything is welded to and the primary part has a motor6d which is connected to the humanoid root part. When I try and animate the hoverboard (flips and stuff) I can’t find the primary part showing up.

Maybe try reversing the connections of the Motor6D.
