Animating problem with custom character

We got a custom rig for our game and you can see how it looks from examples

I tried to rig it myself and i am sure i did it properly but when it comes to play the character itself some weird things happen (the character got everything same with an classic r6 but only got some torso extensions which are shouldnt effect anything in the game)

also i noticed that i cant move torso of the character in moon animator but every other part seems fine to work with
(not sure if its related to this problem)

trying to fix it for hours but cant find a solution yet
