Animating using C-Frames

Hi! I recently made a move from Naruto named particle style, I can’t really do Motor6D’s on the model cause it won’t let me animate it, either that or I just don’t know how it’d work so I was thinking about animating the C-Frames, is it possible to animate the c-frames for each part then export it if not, is there an alternative that I could do?

Fixed it! Man sorry for the post apparently I had the uhh rigging completely backwards thank you for oyu help regardless knit!
