Animation Editor messing up on import

I made my own walk animation yesterday, and I uploaded it and implemented it in my game. Today I went to update some of the movement slightly, but when I imported it into the editor it was completely messed up. The start and end keyframes were correct, but many keyframes were missing and others were moved around. The weird thing is that it plays fine in online mode, but hitting Play in the animator looks different (making me assume the import is failing to import properly).

I really hope I find a solution quickly, it is really annoying that I can only use the first version of my animations.

This is still happening. Does anyone know why?
