Animation Editor tilts entire grid instead of torso

I’ve just started animating an animation for a parasite I have made. It looks really good, but all of the sudden, every animation i now try to create (or have created) will tilt the entire grid instead of the torso.

How and why does this happen? It works fine in-game, and only began happening after i rotated and resized the humanoidrootpart.

Is the torso anchored? If it is, that may be what’s causing the issue.

It’s not. I had to anchor the humanoidrootpart to animate, FINALLY, but i really want a simpler fix

That’s weird. A part being anchored would’ve usually been the case. I’ve never experienced an issue like this before.

How is the rig structured? Is the humanoidrootpart the center visible part or is it an invisible part within the rig? (Like what you see with Roblox character rigs)

It’s an invisible part touching the ground, allowing it to not slide around like an absolute idiot. Dunno why it does this either.

Hey, sorry for the late response. I was working on something.

Does this occur with any rig you work on apart from the parasite? And also, do you remember what you were doing with the rig before the problem occurred?

No, no other rigs. Also the problem occured when I was trying to make a resting animation where it would lay down on the ground, but the rootpart was bugging out and making it slide all over the floor.

See if you could try remaking the rig and see if the problem persist. If it does, then we know that it’s a problem with the rig itself and not something with the animation editor.
