Animation isn't preforming the same actions as the real animation

I have an animation that plays on the players’ characters when they join the game, their character’s humanoidrootpart is anchored so that they don’t flip out when they are animated, yet it still messes up. Here is the real animation.

Yet when I play the animation in-game it looks like this…

The player’s model just flings really far forward for no apparent reason, does anyone know how I could fix this?

The animation is set to action btw.

Did you re-maked the animation? Or used from real animarion?

No both videos are the same animation one in studio, and one ingame
