Animation messes with the humanoidrootpart

I’ve been having an issue with an idle animation, where the character suddenly gets moved way lower than the rootpart, even though it’s fine on the preview. The previous idle did not do this but was changed to lower the LowerTorso to account for the fact the animation was slightly floating.

I’ve tried messing with some of the properties already and it’s
shown no fix.
Weirdly enough it seems to permanently move the whole models selection box down too? (?) Even though manipulating the LowerTorso doesn’t fix this.

Edit: Fixed the image, had the wrong one

Have you used Humanoid.HipHeight? It sets the players height from the ground.
