Animation model placement is incorrect?

I’m quite sure the rigging is correct, each part of the gun is rigged to a center part and that part is rigged to the character’s uppertorso, first time having this issue and I’m bewildered.

The animation how it looks in the editor (moon for reference):

The animation when played in game (flipped and behind character):

It is possible that the gun’s weld might have been backwards perhaps? Only the gun model is impacted so you better check the attachment’s placement.

They’re all Motor6D’s, you mean there could be a particular instance set offset by mistake in one of them?

The CurrentAngle, DesiredAngle and MaxVelocity property of each is set to 0.

Maybe that is the issue, check that. Otherwise, try checking and compare between your character model and the dummy model in question. Anything could be backwards, maybe something is turned 180 degrees unawaringly? If none of them works, I’m out of luck for any ideas.

Ah - hang on a second, I’ve just noticed than in each part of the gun model, the orientation is set to -180 on the y axis. Changing this of course unpositions each part and makes it look strange.
