Animation not being played by others

First of all you should confirm that the player has an animator object, if not you should create one.
also if you could, show us the way you are applying the animation

my guess is that the animation is under a different group.
what i suggest doing is getting the animationid, and adding it to this link https://www.roblox.com/library/animationidhere and then seeing what group it is under, this issue happens when you do not have team create access to the group in which the animation is uploaded under

play test and go into server view to see if it’s not being loaded on the server

I had a remote event that stopped all animations right when the player did the jumpshot animation
