Animation not playing (Team Create)

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   I would like to make an animation work when a tool is pressed.
2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
   
   
   
   
   

It is not playing, and I am pretty sure it is because I am in team create (because I made the animation, but I do not own the game)
3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
I looked on the forum, hub and youtube.

And yes, one is R6 and one is R15. I double checked.

I’m pretty sure the game owner has to own the animations.
