Animation Playing Bug

I want to play a simple idle animation that looks like this in an animation editor

When i play the game, the animation looks weird. The arms bent in the way they are not suupposed to.

The animation is clearly not playing the way its supposed to. The arm bending bug is also present in different animations like

I have tried searching for an answer online but nothing seems to fix this bug. I though ther might be an ovverriding animation so i checked and got this


Only 1 animation is playing, which is the idle animation. I have no idea how to fix this bug.

Basically the animation bend the arms when i play it in game, but it looks normal in animation editor.

I am using the same rigs for testing and animating.

It’s probably just the wrong type of a rig. The rig where you have made the idle is R6. And the character you are playing as is R15. That’s a really common issue. Just make your starter character R6, or make the animation rig R15. You can tell that they are different R’s because the starter character has hand parts. And the animation rig doesn’t. I hope I helped you with figuring it out as I’ve experienced this problem myself, a couple of times.

Read the last sentence of my post please. Also its a boned r15 rig. Acts completely the same as normal r15. I have tested this bug with boned and normal r15 and it occurs on both rigs.
