I want the animation shown in the animation editor to be what plays in-game.

I have scoured the earth looking for a solution to this seemingly simple problem but have come up with nothing. Yes, that is the same animation. Yes, the animation has “action” priority. Only the rootpart is anchored, nothing CanCollide. I have tried unanchored as well, although ideally, since that would require something to be able to CanCollide, that wouldn’t suffice as the worm has to clip through the ground during it’s animation.
I have built, dealt with, and animated lots of rigs in the past. I’m assuming it’s a problem with the hierarchy, although I’ve tried so many permutations I don’t know what the issue could be. The model and animation is imported, so the worm is animated via bones and not entirely motor6Ds - although the rootpart is rigged via a motor6D. I have worked with bones in the past and never had any issues with them that I didn’t also have with motor6Ds.
I never thought playing 1 animation on a static object would be this difficult. Please help if you can, thank you so much.
