Animation Playing Weird in Game

Hello,
So the problem is that when i play the animation on the NPC it weird

In Studio: (The animation is just an example for the problem)

I figured it out. The problem was the dummy I animated, it was big. So i remade the animation with a normal size dummy and it worked.
