Animations are not playing even when uploaded to the right group

Hello all,

An engineer on my team recently uploaded some animations to our group to use in one of our quality assurance game universes. Strangely enough, the animations will only play for certain people and is otherwise hot/cold with the same people. Sometimes it plays, other times it doesn’t.

The error appears to the be same every time. A quick dev forum search and this seems to be common when it is uploaded to the wrong group/account and attempted to be played somewhere else. What we’re stumped about is it is indeed uploaded to the right group.

Our QA’s tester account ID is 9410716845. Any help would be amazing!

Hi @clxr, animations require experience permissions now in order to be loaded. We only automatically grant this experience permission at load time if the play tester can edit the experience and manage the asset’s permissions.

What group permissions does this tester account have?

Have you fixed this because I can not load any animations even when uploaded to the group nothing plays but it plays normally when I play it on a non group owned game like what?
