Animations Going Off Position During Gameplay

The video below of testing animations in Roblox Animation Editor where the rig is in the right place, pulling the door knob

This other video shows that when the animation plays in the game, for some reason the player model is off position and not pulling on the doorknob, although both models are anchored by the humanoidRootPart.

Why does it do this or is there a way to fix it so it plays properly?
