AnimationTrack speed significantly faster in game

I’ve been working on some animation tracks to use for a rig (animation controller, not humanoid) but the playback speed is significantly faster in game, even when I slow down the animation track this issue still persists (350 frames for what should be a 30 second animation but instead ends in less than 10). Changing the speed parameter when playing the animation has no effect either. For some reason when I first tested the animation it worked fine but the next day it was much faster. Anyone else having this issue or know of a possible fix?
