In the documentation, The Template files the Anime Female Doesnt Have the same Animation Keyframe Order as their lashes and brows, Also not the same bone names, which causes issues importing and making the brows and lashes as Accessories
I checked the Anime Female template and was able to reproduce your issue with the brows and lashes not equipping as expected. After some troubleshooting, I found that the resource didn’t include any outer cages in the export, so I re-exported the file and was able to get the accessories equipping as expected.
I updated the content in the download link, so you should also be able to get the eyebrows and eyelashes working as expected.
I didn’t notice any issues with keyframes or bones - but I’ll keep an eye out for additional reports on our downloadable resources and follow up accordingly.
The issue with keyframes is that the brows and lashes dont follow up the character when i used them as accessories. I turned them into accessories with the accessoy fitting tool.
Also its happening on realistic model as well. Its NOT FIXED
Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I did verify that there was still an issue with the eyebrows and wanted to verify with the team on the best course of action.
The TLDR is that these eyebrow and eyelash assets were created using custom skinning, which means they work well on some heads, but not well on others.
Some options for you:
Roblox does support eyebrow and eyelash templates (see makeup documentation for more info). These new assets should work with the makeup template heads provided and should appropriately skin to the surface of a face.
You can improve the skinning behavior of these older assets by switching to auto-skinning, which will get you partly there, though your out-of-the-box behavior may vary
You can refine exactly which vertices follow along with the movement of the face vertices by assigning leader / follower vertices. More information here.
As for these specific templates from the documentation, I’ve submitted a request for an update to the existing assets, but for now I’ll add a note that there may be some incompatibility with the eyelashes and eyebrows in these older templates and I’ll provide similar details about the auto-skinning and makeup content to point creators to the right direction.
Thanks again for flagging this issue - have a great day,
