This badge would be a lot better if it was given to you a year after you made your first post with trust level 1 (New Member)
Inception forum is exactly where to post about forum issues. The only issue with this thread is the lack of explanation.
They seem to be pointing out that the forum rewards and anniversary badge upon joining.
