About
South Base is a roleplay game where players will roleplay as researchers in Antarctica.
Players will complete jobs such as drilling into the ice to collect DNA, studying the animals surrounding the base and more to earn XP and Money. With the XP players will level up to unlock better equipment and items which they can buy using their money.
South Base will be a large project which may take a few months to complete.

The Job
As this project is quite large, it is expected for it to take a few months to complete. We are looking for developers who are able to stay active while we develop the game.
You will be expected to contribute for at least 1 hour per day. (except for weekends)
Who we are looking for
- Developers with more than 1 year of experience (preferably 2+ years)
- Developers who work well in a team
- Developers who are know their way around Roblox Studio
Payment
When the game first releases you will be paid in percentage. If the game is successful then you’ll have the choice to be paid in USD or Robux or to keep getting a percentage.
Pay Rates:
Builder - 20%
Modeler - 20%
Lead Developer - 25%
Project Manager - 25%
