I am getting into the clothing creation industry, and I have been searching for ways to create clothing on my Chromebook, but I cannot find any available toos, as Photshop and GIMP are only available on Windows and Mac.

Unfortunately, Paint.net is only available on Windows 
photopea.com works nice its basically photoshop and it is free

I know this is more of a far fetched solution but you can always rent a VM on Azure, IBM Cloud, or AWS. This should allow you to stream Windows 10 onto your chromebook which would allow you to have access to pretty much all the software you can dream of including studio at high speeds. (If you have a high speed internet connection)

Unfortunately, my parents moved to some rural area and we no longer have access to fast internet
