The renders were done good! They have a good lighting that can pretty much work and fit in the setting they are in.
WIth the first image (Voxual), I think my only comments are that the background image that you used either is too blurred or too low-res appearing to where it doesn’t necessarily feel too natural in my opinion. I would also say that how the text looks (Black stroke, slight outer glow, and inner shadow in the white text) necessarily fits with the style of the image.
For the second image (Club Penguin), my comments would have to be more with the placement of things as it feels like there is too much empty space on the ad, or things don’t necessarily feel positioned too properly. Also would recommend a different color for the font as the colors of the font and the background aren’t necessarily contrasting too much to be that readable (Contrasting Bright from Dark).

I think that the character in the first one should be a little grainy, so it matches the backgrounds resolution and old look
