Hello Developers! I have a team of about 5 dev working for me and we currently have 3 games in the works. Were currently looking for tips to manage the workload between all of our games, any suggestions?
I think having a project management method such as SCRUM would help you guys.
an example is by splitting big task to small task that can be achieved in a desired time base on your team consensus on how quickly they can achieve it.

I think a good way to go about it is by looking at who has the most time to work on the project, for example, if say 2 of your developers are caught up with school or work related stuff, I recommend giving them the least time consuming project.
Another way, although unorthodox, is it to give each of your team members a specific number of tasks, like for each team member, they have 3 tasks to complete within a certain timeframe, i.e. 2 weeks. I hope this helps and good luck with your games
