Now, just taking a guess from what the video shows, did you make sure that there are no invisible parts colliding with the rig that would cause it to impulsively fly backwards?

Try setting all parts CanCollide to off and Massless to true.
On the other hand Animate script shouldnt be serverside so perhaps look into that.
