Recently there was a trend named “infection” with a way to fight back & survive, what should I make that follows the TOS without ruining the design?

Before you do make your game, I strongly suggest you to try to make the game have original gameplay as almost every infection based game that was made during this trend is just the same game but reskinned or just added a few new things to it.
To answer your question, either make your game have classic monsters such as zombies or vampires or you can try to make your own original monsters for the game.
