Is there an possible way to make materials on angled surfaces uniform without using blender or unions? More specifically, is there a way for 2 angled parts, with flush surfaces, to have the same texture? I was building things in the studio and was concerned about this detail.

The only way to achieve this to either
Union the parts together (would not recommend)
Create a custom textures for the model.
Union the parts, export them, then import them as a mesh. This will prevent the use of buggy unions too.
