Any type of light source on ShadowMap looks pixelated on Meshes

So I have been having a lot of issues recently regarding lighting on MeshParts, specifically ShadowMap and others making light sources look pixelated when pointed at a MeshPart.

I tried seeing if ShadowSoftness or any other Properties inside Lighting affect this issue but they wont change the light issue at all.

Is this issue related to the mesh itself? Or is this a engine issue with lighting?
