Switch back to the old roblox studio interface:
Beta Features → Uncheck “Next Generation Studio Preview” (something like that)
The new one sucks, but if you like it, try switching it back to the old one, then switch it back to the new one again. That usually resets the interface and configurations so maybe it can help
