Has anyone else experienced a DevEx request staying in Pending for an extended period (3-4 months)
I submitted my DevEx request, my tax information has already been validated, but the request still shows Pending. Nothing has appeared in my Tipalti account yet either. This is my first payout I submitted it The last month in May I contacted support The first time in June they stated I’d have to wait 5 business days for it to reach, I waited until Early July for a update but nothing again.I sent another email 22nd of July and I still haven’t received any response and it’s past 5 business days.
I just wanna know if I did the steps incorrect. Did this Happen to anyone recently? If so, how long did it take before your request was approved or sent to Tipalti? Did you have to contact Roblox Support, or did it eventually process on its own?
