Recently, I have been wondering what are these nametags called and where are they sold from? I have seen many groups use these nametags, such as Australian Army and Swedish Armed Forces. Anyone know where these come from?

Not sure what you mean from “sold from”, but these are called Billboard GUI’s.
Yes, but I see multiple groups use the exact same GUI, which makes me think it was sold by someone or a corporation.
Probably a Free model, It’s weird, I am thinking it from other original owner.

This is just how default Humanoid nametags look. Pull up a dummy model and it’s gonna have one of those nametags.
They’re customizable, of course, that’s where you see the formatting and the color in the ones you posted.
If you mean player names and not NPC names, it’s essentially the same but done with a BillboardGUI attached to the player. Very, very simple method for custom player names. No one “sells” these because that’s really not how it works. There’s a lot of posts and tutorials out there that can show you how to do this yourself.
