Is there anyway right now for me to be able to make UGC items?

Yes… but you have to be noticed by Roblox themselves.
At the moment, Roblox cherrypicks who creates UGC items. They said this will change in the future, but honestly I don’t see this changing anytime soon.
Reach out to a UGC creator and ask them other than that there is not really another way
currently, there’s no actual way rather than being approached by employees themselves.
upload your designs in #help-and-feedback:cool-creations , twitter etc. is a headstart.
make sure to the use the UGC tag and @ Roblox if you do so on Twitter, it’s more notable.

You could do collaborations with UGC creators… it’s happened many times.
