AOZU RANK INFORMATION
Customer:
Customers are our number one priority here at Aurizo as they keep our cafe active. They are to be treated with care and kindness. Customers are able to receive employment at Aurizo.
Noted Customer:
Noted Customers are those who have had a long journey and resigned from their position as an Executive or higher. They are treated with kindness and respect.
Trainee:
A Trainee’s obligations are to attend trainings and understand the recruitment process of low ranks. They are not expected to use grammar but they are expected to remain professional and not troll.
Junior Juicer:
A Junior Juicer is the first rank of the staff team to be allowed behind counters and work. They are obligated to serve customers. It is expected that they attend multiple training sessions to move on to their next rank.
Experienced Juicer:
An Experienced Juicer has understood the low rank recruitment process and is familiar with the work life at Aurizo. They are expected to continue attending training sessions until they reach the rank of a Senior Juicer.
Senior juicer:
A Senior Juicer is very familiar with the low rank recruitment process and is now unable to continue joining training sessions. Senior Juicers are expected to get to know the recruitment process to becoming a Staff Intern which is by passing applications or getting recommended.
Staff Assistant:
A Staff Assistant is an official member of the Management Team and is able to train Trainees-Experienced Juicers to move on to their next rank. Staff Assistants are expected to remain in the cafe for a certain amount of time.
Supervisor:
A Supervisor is obligated to supervise the cafe and also host/co-host training session. They are to make sure everything is operating smoothly.
Assistant Manager:
An Assistant Manager is to assist the General Manager in there work and is also obligated to supervise the cafe constantly.
Manager:
A General Manager is obligated to supervise other MRs as this is the highest MR in Aurizo. They are obligated to make sure operations are running smoothly and handle situations that others are unable to.
Executive Assistant:
An Executive Assistant is the first High Rank in Aurizo and is able to join a department such as the Human Resources Department or the Public Relations Department.
Executive Director:
An Executive Director is the last rank on the Executive Team and they are obligated to oversee the work of MRs and Executive Assistants.
Vice President:
A Vice President is the first rank on the Presidential Team. These are the lead of the two departments, Human Resources and Public Relations. They are to give out Department Tasks.
President:
The President is a part of the Presidential team. This rank is overseeing both departments and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Vice Chairwoman:
This rank is the co-owner of the Aurizo franchise. The Vice Chairwoman is obligated to ensure the Vice President and Executive Team have operations running smoothly.
Chairwoman:
The current Chairwoman is awhfuIIs and she owns the entire Aurizo franchise, meaning she organizes the tasks for the Aurizo Departments.
