API Bug - /user/following-exists throws 403 error when accessing the URL programatically

I am utilising the Roblox API in my program to check if a player is following another player.

How often does the bug happen (Everytime/sometimes/rarely)? What are the steps that reproduce the bug? Please list them in very high detail. Provide simple example places that exhibit the bug and provide description of what you believe should be the behavior.

Currently, this happens 100% of the time, even on a remote server in another country. (Programatically only)

Where does the bug happen (www, gametest, etc) Is it level-specific? Is it game specific? Please post a link to the place that exhibits the issue.

On the Roblox API: http://api.roblox.com/user/following-exists - The error does not occur when accessing the URL via the browser.

Would a screenshot or video help describe it to someone? If so, post one.

Yes - the video bellow shows the error happening on my machine and on a remote machine.

When did the bug start happening? If we can tie it to a specific release that helps us figure out what we broke.

The bug occurred today.
