API Reference has a link to a broken/missing page about Roblox globals

Under the API Reference section of the Developer Hub, there is a link which is meant to point to the list of Roblox Global variables. Until recently, this worked correctly, however the page seems to have gone missing and the link no longer works. I believe the information the page contained is important, and it’s removal was likely an error or mistake, so I am posting here to bring attention to the issue.

API Reference page containing broken link: https://developer.roblox.com/api-reference

Here is the existing link to the missing page: https://developer.roblox.com/api-reference/lua-docs/Roblox-Globals

Yeah I noticed this. It seems like the page was unpublished by accident.

Thank you for pointing this out!

The missing page had been unpublished when it was superseded by a newer article page: https://developer.roblox.com/articles/Built-in-Functions-and-Variables/Roblox. When this was done the API Reference page link was not changed.

The deprecated page has been republished (and noted as a deprecated variant) and the link has been corrected.

It shouldn’t be deprecated… I made that page as a placeholder while I was setting up the Lua Document system, and it wasn’t unpublished when the newer system was brought online. My internship had unfortunately ended by the time it went live. Sorry if there was any internal confusion about it, but the lua document system should be vastly superior to having to manually layout the html on that page.
