  • Increased player count from 12 to 18

  • Added Geothermal Power Plant location to the volcano island

  • Added four new firearms: PSG-1, L96A1, MP5, and the M9

  • Added Rifle Scope attachment (greatest “zoom” in the game)

  • Added correct “zoom” field of view setting to all optics (ACOG, SUSAT, etc.)

  • Added distinct sounds when hitting a player in the head or the body

  • Added damage indicators when shooting players:

    • Red = Headshots
    • White = Bodyshots
    • Yellow = Damage dealt to boosted health, if the target player used a “Health Booster” item
  • Added five new backpacks, two new vests, and four new belts: (each include color variants)

    • Packs: Briefcase, Knapsack, Guide Backpack, Rifle Bag, Guitar Case

      • “Ghost” items are a known issue; they are visual duplicates, not functioning items
    • Inventory save data flashing fixed
    • “Spawning” items fixed
  • Improved server side character framework:

    • Character position tracking and rubber-banding tweaked
    • Consuming and known “god-mode” triggers fixed
    • Saving character data made more robust
  • Improved map and compass usage reliability

  • Improved hover text display logic for items at a distance

  • Improved network reliability when under heavy load

  • Improved ground item and container occlusion in the inventory

  • Improved the scaling and positioning of Main Menu background

  • Changed all medical item names to be more clear in their purpose

  • Changed the old “Auto Injector” to be a “Military MedKit” with a size of 3x2

  • Changed Health Booster items to last about 30 seconds longer (note: boosted health degrades over time)

  • Changed hipfire/third person spread to be 33% worse for all firearms

  • Changed muzzle velocities for all handguns and SMGs to be about 25% worse

  • Changed all shotguns to deal 20% less damage

  • Changed shotguns and firearms with internal magazines to spawn with a box of corresponding ammo

  • Changed size of “Salty Chips” and “Beef Jerky” to be 2x2 instead of 1x2

  • Changed size of all world containers to be 10x6 instead of 10x5

  • Changed the volume drop off scaling for zombie growls

  • Changed the “Hiking Belt” model and added an additional color variant

  • Fixed squad chat incorrectly displaying messages for players not in a squad

  • Fixed most cases of naturally spawning guns not spawning with magazines or ammo

  • Fixed corpse container positions not being properly attached to their models

  • Fixed reload and other action sounds not being properly attached to players

  • Fixed footstep sounds not playing properly for other characters

  • Fixed loading screen not displaying the AR2 logo and loading status

  • Fixed Model 1894 to be 8x4 instead of 7x4 in the inventory

  • Temporarily turned off the animation for smoother character stat bar changes

    • Will be enabled once a better solution to rate adjustment is figured out
  • Turned off zombies “Field of view” system as prep for AI changes

    • The feature was bloat and wasn’t properly in use
    • Improvements to zombies be outlined in the future
  • Entirely removed the ragdoll state from zombies (it’s been disabled for a while)

    • Physics ownership bugs made stability impossible
    • There are better solutions
