Does roblox moderators review our appeals? I have an item that got removed because of a violation. I wrote a lengthy appeal and submitted it to them and they automatically rejected my appeal within the time I submitted my appeal. If you are going to look at the timeframe, I submitted my appeal around 8:58pm, and they replied to my appeal like in an instant. I submitted an appeal with 271 words on it and they just read it like in 1 second. Are they auto rejecting my appeal because it is automated or the moderator just don’t like to read my appeal and rejected it immediately?

It clearly states that “You’ve reached the maximum number of appeals. You may no longer appeal this avatar accessory.” I feel like it’s self-explainatory. How many times have you attempted to appeal before?

It clearly states that “We have reviewed your appeal. This activity is still in violation of Roblox Community Standards.” I feel like it’s self-explanatory. They said he had reached the max number of appeals after reviewing it.

To answer your questions, that is the second appeal that is why it states “You’ve reached the maximum number of appeals. You may no longer appeal this avatar accessory.” and yes I am aware that it is self-explanatory. The only thing I don’t understand is why when I submitted my appeal is that it automatically rejected it. I have explained my side why my item did not violate any rules and sited some similar UGC item that is more violating compared to mine that are still in the catalog. It was a bit lengthy explanation and would take at least a minute to check and see my references that I stated. Yet, in an instant they rejected my appeal (Based on the timeframe,). That is why if you’re going to read my question (Which is the whole point of this thread), I am asking about wither the Roblox moderation team is reading my appeal or not, or just an AI/Bot that automatically rejecting it. I am not questioning the Roblox moderation team about their decision, I just want clarity and answers. You know that Roblox moderation has a lot of issues, even those UGC Items that clearly violates their regulations and rules are still up there in the catalog and some other that get falsely moderated.

Appeals are handled by AI, which is why your appeal was instantly rejected. There is nothing you can do about it

There is no actual limit and you can just endlessly send them, that’s what I do whenever agent that is assigned to my ticket wont do their job

yep, i haved the same issues because of my 2022 model, it got banned and i appealed they denied, i reappealed and using the same message, they accepted it. model still banned

I really don’t understand this, the Item has already been moderated and yet I received 2 additional moderation for the same Item. What’s happening to the Roblox Moderation team? One moderation warning is enough, why keep on spamming me with your moderation for the same Item? Already sent an appeal explaining the problem of multiple moderation on one single Item despite being moderated already and yet their answer is “We have reviewed your appeal. This activity is still in violation of Roblox Community Standards.” The same answer all over again. I losing hope with this moderation process. Any Roblox team that can check what is happening?
