I successfully appealed what was a moderator miss-tagging my experience as “Repeated Fear” and yet 3 days later the game gets set to 16+ anyways and still registers as moderated and the questionnaire needing to be filled out for the false information of “Repeated Fear” – I was left with no choice but to fill out the questionnaire again with the fake label (my game is Mild Fear, not Repeated).
This has caused loss of income and me to pay for Ads on a game people can’t even play. Absolutely unacceptable.
Expected behavior
When you successfully appeal a miss-guided tag it should not cause the game to become Age Restricted - otherwise what is the point of saying an appeal was “successful” – this is simply misguided and confusing to the end user.
Why would I need to fill out the questionnaire again if I had appealed the issue?
It doesn’t make sense.
