I submitted appeals for two moderated assets on July 29, 2026. Both were taken down under “Sexual Content.” After submitting, the appeal page told me to expect a decision within 5 business days.
It has now been 12 calendar days and 8 business days since those appeals were sent, and neither one has been reviewed. The appeal timeline still only shows “We received an appeal you sent” with no decision on either case.
I also submitted follow up email appeals on the same assets (on August 6) and got no response.

Expected behavior
Appeals submitted on the website should be reviewed and receive a decision within the 5 business day window that Roblox states when the appeal is submitted. If a case is going to take longer, the appeal timeline should show a status update instead of sitting with no activity.
