Description
After my initial appeal for the bundle Half Head Recolorable (ID: 169718951513613) was denied on April 10, 2025 at 8:45 PM (GMT +3), I contacted Roblox Support directly. A support agent reviewed the case, accepted the appeal, restored the bundle, and removed the associated warning from my account within a few days. At that point, the issue was fully resolved.
However, the Appeals Portal still displayed the “Appeal” option for the same moderation case, despite the bundle being restored and visible on the platform. I submitted a second appeal through the portal purely out of curiosity — just to see what would happen — since the issue had already been addressed by Support.
After submitting the second appeal, I was issued a new warning, even though:
- The bundle had already been restored and never removed again
- The warning from the first moderation had been removed
- The item has remained publicly available since April
- The second appeal was submitted on a case that had already been reversed
- There was no new moderation action on the item itself — it was not reviewed again nor deleted again
This creates a case of duplicate punishment for the same previously resolved incident. The system fails to recognize that the content was already restored and accepted as compliant by Roblox Support. Additionally, the warning screen still shows the moderation “review date” as April 10, even though the new warning was applied in June — which misrepresents the timeline and moderation history.
Moderation actions should not be applied just because a user appeals again. If content was already removed once, then restored by Roblox Support, and has not been removed again since, there is no reason to apply a second warning. This reveals a system-wide issue in the Appeals Portal logic, where reappealing a resolved case can incorrectly result in repeated moderation actions without any new violation.
Where It Happens
- Appeals Portal
- Affects this bundle: Half Head Recolorable
- Affects my account through duplicate warnings
When It Happens
- First Appeal Denied: April 10, 2025 at 8:45 PM
- Bundle Restored by Support: Few days after April 10
- Bundle remained live and visible continuously since then — never deleted again
- Second Appeal Submitted (as a test): After restoration
- Second Appeal Denied → New warning applied: Early June 2025
- Date of Report: June 11, 2025
- Timezone: UTC+3
Reproduction Steps
- Submit a bundle appeal through the Appeals Portal.
- Get the appeal denied.
- Contact Roblox Support, have the bundle restored, and the warning removed.
- Verify the item is still live and not moderated again.
- Observe that the portal still allows you to submit a second appeal for the same case.
- Submit a second appeal.
- Get denied again — and receive a new warning, even though the bundle was never removed again. The system should not apply a new moderation action simply because the appeal was denied.
Expected Result
- Once Support restores content and removes the warning, the system should accurately update all related records to reflect the resolved status.
- The Appeals Portal should lock or disable appeal options for moderation entries that have been fully resolved and reversed by Support, preventing repeated appeals on the same case.
- No new moderation action, warning, or penalty should be applied solely because an appeal is denied on a previously resolved case.
- Moderation review dates shown in warnings or moderation history should correspond to the actual dates of moderation actions, not outdated or incorrect dates from prior incidents.
- The system should prevent duplicate punishments for the same issue and correctly acknowledge when content is compliant and actively available on the platform.
Actual Result
- The system allows submitting a second appeal for a case that has already been resolved and reversed by Support.
- Upon denial of the second appeal, a new warning is issued, incorrectly referencing the original incident from April.
- The bundle has never been removed again since its restoration; it remains fully available and compliant on the platform.
- The user is effectively punished twice for the same previously resolved issue, resulting in duplicate moderation actions.
- The warning screen shows an outdated moderation review date of April 10, despite the second warning being applied in June, causing confusion and misrepresentation of the moderation timeline.

The second appeal denial and resulting duplicate warning (This can be further confirmed by reviewing the moderation history on my account, which clearly shows the timeline of warnings and reversals). If you look closely, the warning references the original removal date of April 10 — even though today is in June:
