Hihi, a sibling got their main and every single one of their accounts terminated randomly and falsely for “child endangerment.” (ironic considering they’re a child) They’ve appealed the decision multiple times, but have only been told by support that “We’re sorry but we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response.”
They say to check their previous response but they never sent a response that had any information in it before. If people have successfully appealed this before or have seen a similar response from the appeals bots please let me know if there’s something different that can be done weather it’s a different forum that needs to be filled out or a specific request. No I’m not begging for an unban, I want to see if anything else can be done for them and to raise awareness about this happening. I know for a fact they aren’t the only one this has happened to.
Usually they’re supposed to say that “the consequence will not be adjusted” aka they’re not gonna unban the account, but considering just how lazy and broken these “humans” likely just disguised bots are, yeah something like this is possible.
I had something similar happen to me when trying to appeal my main’s enforcement ban - that dude just tells me im trying to appeal a game ban and not an account ban and proceeds not to do anything else. I literally didnt say anything about being banned from a game in all of my appeals so HOW could they have thought that???
