Hi @sheymimee, we took a look and found these two things:
- Your original appeals for model moderations went through in January when you submitted them
- Those moderations were not the reason for account deletion. Your account went right to deletion due to a chat violation, which we noticed while investigating this, and reversed since it was the result of confusion of policy in that review)
You should see your account restored now.

Hello! I’m reaching out because I’ve seen your proactive help with account recovery cases recently. I am currently facing a critical systemic failure regarding my 11-year veteran account (Miguel_Gamer30).
This isn’t just a standard appeal; we have documented a ‘Billing Paradox’ where Roblox’s infrastructure is soliciting Premium renewal payments for an account that the moderation system has already terminated. Attempting to collect revenue for a service made inaccessible is a severe compliance gap.
I have also compiled a 48-page dossier proving Selective Enforcement, where Verified creators remain active while selling the exact same assets that led to my ban.

I just want to say if you could review my case, as the appeals forms are not reverting my moderation on my account either.
My main account “wxInuts” got falsely terminated for a minor chat and a voice chat violation, i understand the severity of the same violation repeatedly can lead to consequences, but a termination is quite a lot there, it could’ve easily given me a warning or a temporary ban, but termination is a overkill.
Support forms won’t accept my appeals and they’re not cooperative on giving context on my reason for the termination. If you can please investigate further into my case, i would be greatly appreciative.

I understand that this may be unethical. But we need to figure this out. This is very critical. Please spend your time on the players who put so much effort into the platform and are subject to unfair treatment.
