We do not need this appeal resolved anymore, but there’s clearly some sort of bug in the moderation system which I am reporting so it doesn’t impact other players.
I am submitting this bug report on behalf of the Roblox Moderation team, who are having issues loading experiences.
At the beginning of this month, this game: Line of Fire: Secret Service Roleplay - Roblox was taken down by Roblox Moderation for the reason of “Spam”.
We submitted an appeal (which was bounced back and forth between Support and Appeals both insisting the other team had to deal with it, but that’s a separate issue), only to have our appeal declined with the following reason:
If you join the game (only possible with admin or developer access on account of the fact that the game is under review), you will not, in fact, find an empty baseplate, but rather you’ll find a full White House map, and multiple joinable Secret Service roles. See here:
Clearly there is some sort of bug impacting the Moderation Team’s ability to play and load games, which is getting experiences falsely deleted. This isn’t impacting the wider Roblox community, as thousands of our players were able to load and enjoy the game before it was taken down.
I have not published any updates since the moderation action, so hopefully the Roblox team can get in and identify exactly why everyone except moderators are able to find a functional and working experience.
