i don’t know how to do this weird plastic groove thing for AR-15 grips. how would I do this without causing too much strain on studio? 
I use the slate, concrete, or fabric materials for those kinds of things.
In reality, the best way to achieve this is through a texture or material!
Late response, but I found just using noise on an image of a plain colour works well. If you don’t know what I mean respond.
